3rd Cary Caribbean Festival Set-Up Check List

Set up will be between 1:00 and 6:00pm on Friday September 23rd, 2011 and between 9:00am and 11:00am on Saturday September 24th, 2011. Therefore, all left over items that will not be used and/or displayed at the booth should be property tucked away from sight no later than 11:30 for a clutter free event. A Caribbean Festival Board of Director member will be passing by each booth to ensure compliance of such request as well as taking care of any immediate needs you might need. For an easier hassle free event, please use the checklist provided.
For your assistance, the following items will be provided to you.
□ Booth Table: (1) table 6x3 per booth
□ Booth Chairs: (2) chairs per booth. If additional chairs are needed, please request no later than July 31st to ensure availability.
