	Set up will be between 1:00 and 6:00pm on Friday September 23rd, 2011 and between 9:00am and 11:00am on Saturday September 24th, 2011.&nbsp; Therefore, all left over items that will not be used and/or displayed at the booth should be property tucked away from sight no later than 11:30 for a clutter free event.&nbsp; A Caribbean Festival Board of Director member will be passing by each booth to ensure compliance of such request as well as taking care of any immediate needs you might...<br />

	<a href="http://files.prunidosnc.net/200002933-8e16d8f110/Cary%20Caribbean%20Festival_%20set-up%20checklist.doc" target="_blank"><strong>□&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Booth Chairs:&nbsp; &nbsp;(2) chairs per booth.&nbsp; If additional chairs are needed, please request no later than July 31<sup>st</sup> to ensure availability.</strong></a></p>

	<a href="http://files.prunidosnc.net/200002933-8e16d8f110/Cary%20Caribbean%20Festival_%20set-up%20checklist.doc" target="_blank"><strong>□&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tablecloth and Skirt:&nbsp;&nbsp; Cover for the table.&nbsp; Each table should be covered with a tablecloth and a skirt (no exemptions).&nbsp; Please note that due to the nature of this event, we encourage colorful Caribbean table cloths and/or decorations that have been approved by the board of directors.</strong></a></p>

	<a href="http://files.prunidosnc.net/200002933-8e16d8f110/Cary%20Caribbean%20Festival_%20set-up%20checklist.doc" target="_blank"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tools needed for decoration/booth set up:&nbsp; Any items being displayed other than on the table, should be self sustained.&nbsp; IE:&nbsp; Flags, Maps, Art and so forth.&nbsp; For no reason should any displayed items be taped, stapled or affixed to the walls.&nbsp; This request is per the Town of Cary officials and your cooperation with such request is greatly appreciated.&nbsp; Should our Board of Director’s member notice a violation of this request, you will be asked to remove the item and you will loose the opportunity to display it and could jeopardize your participation in future events&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></a></p>
