	HOURS OF SET-UP

	Set up will be between 1:00pm and 6:00pm on Friday September 23rd, 2011 and between 9:00am and 11:00am on Saturday September 24th.&nbsp; Therefore, all left over items that will not be used and/or displayed at the booth should be property tucked away from sight no later than 11:30am for a clutter free event on Saturday September 24th, 2011.

	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">BOOTH SPACE</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	Booths have a table of 6' by 3'.&nbsp; Vendors must contain all equipment and supplies within their booth space.&nbsp; The Caribbean Festival is a family-friendly environment and we expect all participants to be respectfull of this family environment in their attire, behavior and interractions.&nbsp; No music or PA systems allowed in booth spaces.&nbsp; Organizations must participate the whole day of the Festival.&nbsp; If abandoned, booth will be shut down.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">MATERIALS</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	Information and/or samples about your organization/business can be handed out to participants, only form within the actual booth space.&nbsp; Distribution of information outside your booth space or in any festival thoroughfare is strictly prohibited.&nbsp; All materials for handout must be approved in advance by the Executive Director.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">BEVERAGES</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	APUCN retains exclusive vending rights for carbonated beverages, water and Puerto Rican Souvenir's.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">REGULATIONS<span style="">&nbsp; </span></span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	APUCN reserves the right to remove any booth in question from the event, as well as the exhibitor if the Caribbean Festival directives are not followed.&nbsp; Removal by APUCN would result in a forfeiture of all fees.&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">PARTICIPATION OF MINORS</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	For safety reasons, thirteen (13) is the minimum age to participate or work in a booth.&nbsp; Exceptions to the age limit are children's performances and cultural exhibits.&nbsp; It is extremely dangerous for young children to be in the booth with breakable objects, electrical equipment and hot foods.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">LOST AND FOUND</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	The Festival Souvenir Booth will serve as the Lost and Found booth as well.&nbsp; Items not claimed during the Festival will be taken to the APUCN office and discarded after 30 days.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">CASH FOR BOOTHS</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	Participants are responsible for providing their own cash and coins for their booth operation.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">SECURITY</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	The Festival will not be responsible for anything lost, missing or stolen items.&nbsp; Each participant is responsible for securing their own property.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">DELIVERIES</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	Participants must make their own arrangements to receive special equipment and supplies arriving at the Festival site.&nbsp; Please provide suppliers with your booth location, and have someone available to receive equipment and supplies.&nbsp; Festival personnel will not sign for any participants' equipment or supplies.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">LITTER</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	Arrangements will be made for the continuous removal of litter in the Food Vendors section and throughout the building.&nbsp; However it is the responsibility of each participant to keep their booth and cooking areas clean and clear of clutter at all times.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">TOOLS</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	Participants must provide all tools needed for decoration or booth set-up.&nbsp; Please label tools, so they can be returned to you if misplaced.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	<b style=""><span style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 115%; color: black;">SIGNS</span></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6pt; text-align: justify;">
	All display signs and banners have to be self supported.&nbsp; No signs will be allowed to be hung from the walls.&nbsp; No additional signs are permitted.</p>
